What's New This Week

ALL THE NEW URLS we receive each week are here. We list two (sometimes three) weeks’ worth, cycling the old ones off each week. As they disappear from this page, you'll find the links moved to their natural home categories in our resource pages.

If you can't find something that was once here, you can look in our archives or try the AO search engine. It searches our entire site and also many important official Anglican sites worldwide.

Worth Noting
Anglican blogs: Blogs are possibly too volatile an area for Anglicans Online to begin a section and keep it up to date; however, if blogs are a part of your Internet life, this is a large list of Anglican-related blogs.

Paul and the Hermeneutics of Faith, by Francis Watson, is reviewed in the Church Times by Lionel Wickham. 'This is a good, perhaps even an important, book. I could characterise it by saying of it that here Augustine and Luther, not to mention the Apostle himself if Professor Watson is right, strike back.'

Radical Compassion: The Life and Times of Archbishop Ted Scott, by Hugh McCullum, is reviewed in the Church Times by Peter Price. 'This biography takes the reader beyond the life of the man, into many of the issues and personalities that influenced Scott’s own life and times. It is a biography for a leisurely read.'

In Trouble Shared, Sarah Hillman rounds up a group of children's books that tackle the hard questions of life and death with children.

In our many voices: a Via Media USA report to the Episcopal Church.
