| Note | CORE at St. Catherine’s is a growing, vibrant church established in 1993. Located in the heart of inner City Dublin, in an area known as the Liberties, we have a diverse congregation made up of different ages, backgrounds and social economic groupings. Our vision is to be a community that welcomes all who come through our door, learning to show the love, hospitality and acceptance that characterised Jesus’ ministry. We hope as we open up our doors, learn to reach out and to welcome people in, they will find their place within the church community, moving from an interested observer to joining with us as a participator in our mission to take the love of the Father out into the community, city, nation and beyond. | ||||||||

| Description | The Parish family of St. Edmund’s Episcopal Church, affiliated with and committed to remaining a vibrant part of the Diocese of Milwaukee, is seeking a rector to be their shepherd, embrace their traditional values and share their faithful reverence to the Anglican/Episcopal tradition. While located in an upscale, growing community area about 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, St. Edmund’s draws from a wide geographical area, bringing together about 150 people from all ages who feel welcome and at home in this friendly, active Parish. With the passionate support and leadership of a Rector, the St. Edmund’s Parish family aspires to take advantage of the growth in the surrounding area to increase its membership, expand its youth ministries, continue its close relationship with Nashotah house seminary and its seminarians, deepen its understanding of the Holy Scriptures and stay true to its historic Anglican traditions and beliefs. The next Rector of St. Edmunds will be a dynamic leader who is passionate about his calling and will bring that passion to the pulpit at weekly services where he will inspire parishioners with lessons that connect the scriptures to their lives. The Rector will thrive on his relationships with his Parish family, counseling and relating to people of all ages while showing a special commitment to building the programs that serve and spiritually develop our young people. While steadfast in his beliefs, serious about the celebration of the liturgy and willing to defend biblical orthodoxy, this spiritual leader will also be friendly and approachable, often drawing on his sense of humor. To this rector, St. Edmunds will offer a competitive compensation package including benefits typically provided to clergy in the Diocese of Milwaukee as well as a very comfortable Rectory in a very desirable school system in the community of Elm Grove which has an excellent reputation and easy access to many amenities. |
