Noting Mount Athos: A visit to the Holy Mountain. Naskapi Lectionary: Since the 1990s, the Naskapi Development Corporation (NDC) has assisted St John Anglican Church Kawawachikamach with the selection, translation and production of lectionary readings in Naskapi. While the Naskapi New Testament has been in use in the community since it was dedicated in 2007, this event is significant because it represents the first time significant portions of the Old Testament are available in the Naskapi language.
