WHENEVER WE LEARN about a web site that we haven't previously listed, we note it here. Sometimes such sites are brand new and sometimes they have been around for a while without our having noticed. We list two weeks' worth, cycling the old ones off each week. As they disappear from this page, you'll find the links moved to their natural home categories in our resource pages. We do not mention on this page remakes of sites that are already in our listings.

If you can't find something that was once here, you can look in our archives or try the AO search engine. It searches our entire site. If you still can't find it, please let us know.

If you would like your website listed at Anglicans Online, please use this form to tell us about it.

Worth Noting
Religion and Downton Abbey: 'As Season 3 of Downton Abbey unfolds on PBS, we asked [the] Rev. Ian Markham, dean and president of Virginia Theological Seminary, to ponder religious and spiritual themes in the series, from the invisibility of God to the relationship between faith and a rapidly changing social order.' From Religion and Ethics NewsWeekly.

Religion may not survive the Internet: Valerie Tarico writes for Salon.com, and we hope she's wrong.

Virtue, Vice and Banks: The Archbishop-elect of Canterbury writes for Bloomberg. 'It is blindingly obvious that the banking system we had a few years ago has more or less collapsed. I'm reluctant to cast blame—being a bishop, I tend to look to the Bible, and am reminded that Jesus said, "Whoever is without sin, let them throw the first stone." Yet it is clear that responsibility needs to be taken and structures created that lean toward virtue rather than vice.'

What can literature teach us about doing business better?: 'Literature may not have the answers to the challenges of sustainability or economic crises but it can bring a fresh perspective, especially when it comes to people matters.' Maurice Biriotti writes for The Guardian (London).
