WHENEVER WE LEARN about a web site that we haven't previously listed, we note it here. Sometimes such sites are brand new and sometimes they have been around for a while without our having noticed. We list two weeks' worth, cycling the old ones off each week. As they disappear from this page, you'll find the links moved to their natural home categories in our resource pages. We do not mention on this page remakes of sites that are already in our listings.

If you can't find something that was once here, you can look in our archives or try the AO search engine. It searches our entire site. If you still can't find it, please let us know.

If you would like your website listed at Anglicans Online, please use this form to tell us about it.

Professional Exchanges
Bury (Manchester) UK --> Anywhere, Summer 2014
We have a very large (7 bedrooms over 4 floors) Victorian terraced family house in Bury (close to Manchester), UK. Not smart or pretentious in any way but a good solid, family house with lots of fireplaces and original features. (Photos on request). We are in a very urban setting and have a back yard but no garden. We are close to beautiful countryside and about 20 mins drive from Manchester. Close to airport, trams, trains and buses. Very well situated to travel and see the country. We have 2 cars and several bikes to which you are welcome. No pets and no work duties at all – I am ordained work for Manchester Diocese but do not have Parish duties. We are looking to swap properties for 1, 2 or 3 weeks any time from the last week in July to the first week in September 2014. We are open to any offers and locations! Please send your details to reiss34@yahoo.co.uk

Bath, NY USA --> Scottish Episcopal Dioceses, July or August 2014
I am happy to perform Sunday morning duties and light pastoral care for up to four weeks within the months of July and August, 2014. Recent connections with my Scottish roots and a visit there this past summer have fueled my desire to return in 2014. For a parish exchange, you can expect to live in a very nice rectory (two bedrooms with room for more if needed) and the use of a car. Restful garden and a very quiet village. Large Gothic revival church with average Sunday summer attendance of 60. Other helpful clergy nearby as needed. Bath is located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State and the main industry of this area is wineries. If you love wine, this is heaven. Other attractions such as NYC, Niagara Falls, Toronto, Ottawa, Adirondacks Park and even New England are just hours away. For more details please contact the Rev’d J. Brad Benson at bradbenson28@hotmail.com

Worth Noting
Church Rescue. 'Running a church takes more than faith, and even the holiest of institutions can fall victim to harsh realities. Enter the "Church Hoppers" — three business-savvy ministers who travel the country helping faith-based organizations reestablish themselves in the marketplace so they can continue spreading the good word to their followers. They use the wisdom of Scripture and a little Southern ingenuity to pull off inspiring interventions.’ From National Geographic TV.

In the beginning was communication: The Bishop of London writes for ACNS. 'In the beginning was communication; God chose to communicate with us through his Son Jesus. He is God's plan for the spiritual evolution of the human race.'

Is tweeting in church bad manners? Paul Vallely writes for The Church Times (London). 'The real objection is not about poor theology, but about bad manners, as it is when the iPhone is used at the family dining table.'
